Open Call for Actors!

Are you an actor looking for your big break? Do you need experience on the big wide stage. If so, well here’s your chance!

From the Creator of “A Morbid Occasion” comes the re-mount of her first play .
Aracely Reyes, in association with the Paprika Festival Presents:
“Hagoromo,” An adaptation.

Aracely is a 2nd student @ UTSC and is looking for a new cast and crew to join her as she re-creates the Japanese folk tale of a young angel who falls from grace and spends her life on earth in search of her wings to get back home.

The Paprika Festival is a Toronto, youth based Theater Festival that happens during the month of March. It is a wonderful mentoring program that gives young actors, directors, play wrights and other artists the opportunity to showcase their work in front of real audiences and the art-based community in Toronto.

We are looking for talented young women to play the Angels, Earth women, and one young Man, to play the male lead as the Tribal hunter.

No Japanese background or language is necessary. All nationalities are welcome. Any knowledge or background in dance is welcomed but not required.

We are also looking for talented people to be a part of the crew for the positions of Running Crew/Lighting Technician, Set designer, Props and Costume Artist.

You will be contacted with additional information and if you need ot submit any additional information.
